2-1. Information you provide

• Inquiry form: When you contact us through the inquiry form on k-via.jp, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. Inquiries are received and stored on the email service we use.
• Data entered in our applications: Data such as calculation values and logs is stored locally on your device only. It is not sent to our servers.

2-2. Camera usage

• Some features, such as barcode scanning, use your device’s camera. Image data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2-3. Information collected automatically

• Distribution platforms: When you download or use our applications and other offerings, Apple, Google, and Microsoft may collect anonymized usage statistics. Diagnostic information required for in-app purchases and similar functions (such as device model and OS version) may also be sent. This is handled in accordance with each company’s privacy policy.
• Website: Our hosting provider may automatically record server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and access time). We do not use these logs to identify individuals. For spam prevention on the inquiry form, your IP address and form input may also be processed.

We do not use advertising SDKs, and no analytics or tracking tools are currently integrated into our applications.

To provide multi-device data synchronization or features from external platforms, we may use cloud services as needed. In that case, usage data may be sent to servers, and we will announce any new introduction in this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Inquiry content (including your name and email address) is retained for up to 3 years as a record of correspondence, then deleted. Data stored in our applications is under your control and can be deleted at any time within the application or by uninstalling it.

収集する情報

2-1. お客様からご提供いただく情報

• お問い合わせフォーム：k-via.jp のフォームでお問い合わせいただいた際に、お名前・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容を収集します。お問い合わせ内容は、当事務所が利用するメールサービス上で受信・保管します。
• アプリ内入力データ：計算値やログ記録などのデータは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当事務所のサーバーには送信されません。

2-2. カメラの使用

• バーコード読み取りなど一部の機能では、お客様の端末のカメラを使用します。画像データは端末内でのみ処理され、当事務所のサーバーに送信または保存されることはありません。

2-3. 自動的に収集される情報

• 配布プラットフォーム：アプリ等のダウンロードおよびご利用に際し、Apple、Google、Microsoftが匿名化された利用統計を収集する場合があります。また、アプリ内課金などに必要な診断情報（端末モデル・OSのバージョンなど）が送信される場合があります。取り扱いは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• ウェブサイト：ホスティング事業者がサーバーログ（IPアドレス・ブラウザの種類・アクセス日時など）を自動的に記録する場合があります。ログは個人の特定には使用しません。また、お問い合わせフォームの迷惑メール対策のため、IPアドレスやフォームの入力内容が処理される場合があります。

情報の利用目的

当事務所は広告SDKを使用しておらず、現時点で分析・トラッキングツールもアプリに組み込んでいません。

複数端末間のデータ同期や外部プラットフォーム機能の提供などのため、必要に応じてクラウドサービスを利用することがあります。その場合、利用データがサーバーに送信されることがあり、新たに導入する際は本ポリシーでお知らせします。

データの保存期間

お問い合わせ内容（お名前・メールアドレスを含む）は、連絡記録として最長3年間保存した後、削除します。アプリ内に保存されたデータはお客様ご自身が管理し、アプリ内から、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、いつでも削除できます。

お客様の権利

お客様のお住まいの国や地域によっては、個人データに関して以下の権利をお持ちの場合があります。

• 当事務所が保有するお客様の個人データへのアクセス権
• 不正確なデータの訂正を求める権利
• データの消去を求める権利（忘れられる権利）
