2-1. Information you provide to us

• Contact form: When you contact us via the form at k-via.jp or by email at info@k-via.jp, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• In-App data you enter: Data you input into our applications is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

2-2. Camera Usage

• Certain features (such as barcode scanning) use your device’s camera. Image data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2-3. Information collected automatically

• App Store / Google Play analytics: Apple and Google may collect anonymized usage statistics when you download or use our apps. This is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Website: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access time) may be recorded by our hosting provider (Lolipop! Rental Server). We do not use this data to identify individuals.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To improve the quality and functionality of our applications
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations
• To send important notices about our apps (e.g., critical updates or policy changes)

We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may rely on the following third-party platforms, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• In-App Purchases — Managed entirely by Apple / Google. We do not access your payment information.

Product Database Lookup — Some apps include a barcode scanning feature that queries an external product database to display product information. Only the scanned barcode number is sent; no personal or device-identifying data is included.

We do not use advertising SDKs, and no analytics or tracking tools are currently integrated into our apps.

We may in the future integrate Google Firebase services (such as Analytics or Cloud Firestore) to enable features such as multi-device data sync. If implemented, anonymous usage data may be transmitted to Google’s servers. Any such change will be reflected in this Privacy Policy in advance.

Data Retention

Inquiry data (emails/contact forms) is retained for up to 3 years for correspondence records, then deleted. App data stored on your device is entirely under your control and can be deleted at any time from within the app or by uninstalling it.

Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

収集する情報

2-1. お客様からご提供いただく情報

• お問い合わせフォーム： k-via.jp のフォームまたはメール（info@k-via.jp）でお問い合わせいただいた際に、お名前・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容を収集します。
• アプリ内入力データ：計算値やログ記録などのデータは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当事務所のサーバーには送信されません。

2-2. カメラの使用

• バーコード読み取りなど一部の機能では、お客様の端末のカメラを使用します。画像データは端末内でのみ処理され、当事務所のサーバーに送信または保存されることはありません。

2-3. 自動的に収集される情報

• App Store / Google Play の分析情報： アプリのダウンロードおよびご利用に際し、AppleまたはGoogleが匿名化された利用統計を収集する場合があります。これは各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づきます。
• ウェブサイト： ホスティング事業者（ロリポップ！レンタルサーバー）のサーバーログ（IPアドレス・ブラウザの種類・アクセス日時など）が自動的に記録される場合があります。個人の特定には使用しません。

情報の利用目的

• お問い合わせへの回答およびカスタマーサポートの提供
• アプリの品質向上および機能改善
• 法令および規制への対応
• 重要なお知らせ（重大なアップデートやポリシー変更など）の通知

収集した情報を広告目的で使用することはありません。また、お客様の個人データを第三者に販売することは一切ありません。

第三者サービスについて

当事務所のアプリは、以下の第三者プラットフォームを利用する場合があります。各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

• アプリ内課金： Apple / Googleが管理します。当事務所はお客様の支払情報にアクセスしません。

商品データベース照会 — 一部のアプリには、商品情報を表示するために外部の商品データベースへ問い合わせるバーコード読み取り機能があります。送信されるのは読み取ったバーコード番号のみで、個人情報や端末識別情報は含まれません。

当事務所は広告SDKを使用しておらず、現時点で分析・トラッキングツールもアプリに組み込んでいません。

将来的に、複数端末間のデータ同期などの機能提供を目的として、Google Firebase（AnalyticsやCloud Firestoreなど）を導入する可能性があります。その場合、匿名化された利用データがGoogleのサーバーに送信されることがあります。導入前に本ポリシーを更新してお知らせします。

データの保存期間

お問い合わせデータ（メール・フォームの内容）は、連絡記録として 最長3年間 保存した後、削除します。アプリ内に保存されたデータはお客様ご自身が管理し、アプリ内から、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、いつでも削除できます。

お客様の権利

お客様のお住まいの国や地域によっては、個人データに関して以下の権利をお持ちの場合があります。

• 当事務所が保有するお客様の個人データへのアクセス権
• 不正確なデータの訂正を求める権利
• データの消去を求める権利（忘れられる権利）
• 同意をいつでも撤回する権利

お子様のプライバシーについて

当事務所のアプリおよびウェブサイトは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。13歳未満のお子様から意図せず個人情報を収集した可能性がある場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。
