Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by K-VIA Professional Engineer Office (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all applications published under the K-VIA P.E. Office brand, as well as the website at https://k-via.jp.
Description of Services
K-VIA P.E. Office develops and provides mobile applications designed primarily for professional and technical use. Our apps may include calculation tools, logging functions, reference materials, and related utilities.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our services without express written permission
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
- Not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the apps
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials within our applications and website are the intellectual property of K-VIA Professional Engineer Office, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.
You may not use our name, logo, or brand materials without prior written consent.
In-App Purchases
Some features of our applications may require payment. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Some content may be available as a one-time purchase (permanent license). One-time purchases are a permanent license for the version at the time of purchase
- We endeavor to provide version updates compatible with OS updates, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed in all cases for technical reasons. Refunds in such cases are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policy
- Previously purchased content can be restored using the “Restore Purchases” function in the app settings
We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
Disclaimer of Calculation Results
Calculation results provided by our applications are statistical estimates only. They do not guarantee product quality, safety, or regulatory compliance.
Final decisions must always be made by a qualified person in charge. K-VIA Professional Engineer Office assumes no liability for any damages arising from reliance on calculation results.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Calculation results are free from errors or suitable for any specific professional purpose
- The apps will meet your specific requirements
Product information retrieved from external product databases is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data.
Important: Our apps are intended as reference and support tools only. All results and outputs must be independently verified by a qualified professional before use in any professional, legal, or safety-critical context.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K-VIA Professional Engineer Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on calculation results, data loss, or errors in the application.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
利用規約への同意
K-VIA技術士事務所（K-VIA Professional Engineer Office、以下「当事務所」）が提供するアプリケーションまたはサービスをダウンロード、インストール、もしくは使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、当事務所のサービスをご利用いただけません。
本規約は、K-VIA P.E. Office ブランドで公開されるすべてのアプリケーション、およびウェブサイト https://k-via.jp に適用されます。
サービスの内容
K-VIA P.E. Officeは、主に専門的・技術的用途を目的としたモバイルアプリケーションを開発・提供しています。アプリには、計算ツール、ログ機能、参考資料、およびその関連ユーティリティが含まれる場合があります。
当事務所は、事前の通知なしにいつでもサービスの変更、停止、または終了を行う権利を留保します。
利用者の義務
当事務所のサービスを利用することにより、お客様は以下に同意するものとします。
- 本規約および適用法令に従い、合法的な目的のみにアプリを使用すること
- 当事務所の書面による明示的な許可なく、サービスの一部を複製、販売、または利用しないこと
- アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルを試みないこと
- アプリの機能を損なう可能性のある方法でサービスを使用しないこと
知的財産権
当事務所のアプリおよびウェブサイトに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ、デザイン、コード、および素材は、別段の記載がない限り、K-VIA技術士事務所の知的財産です。すべての権利は留保されています。
当事務所の名称、ロゴ、またはブランド素材は、事前の書面による同意なく使用することはできません。
アプリ内課金
一部の機能は有料となる場合があります。すべての購入はApple（App Store）またはGoogle（Google Play）を通じて処理され、各社の利用規約および返金ポリシーが適用されます。
- 価格は購入時にお客様の現地通貨で表示されます
- サブスクリプションは、更新日前にキャンセルされない限り自動的に更新されます
- 一部のコンテンツは買い切り型（永続ライセンス）でご購入いただける場合があります。買い切り購入は購入時点のバージョンに対する永続ライセンスです
- 当事務所はOSのアップデートに対応したバージョンアップに努めますが、技術的な理由により互換性が保てない場合があります。その場合の返金はApple／Googleの返金ポリシーに準じます
- 購入済みのコンテンツは、アプリ設定内の「購入を復元」機能で復元できます
当事務所は直接決済処理を行わず、お客様の支払情報にアクセスすることはありません。
計算結果の免責事項
本アプリが提供する計算結果は統計的推定値であり、製品品質・安全性・法令適合性を保証するものではありません。
最終的な判断は必ず担当者が行ってください。計算結果への依拠により生じた損害について、K-VIA技術士事務所は一切の責任を負いません。
免責事項
当事務所のアプリおよびサービスは、明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。
当事務所は以下について保証しません。
- アプリがエラーなく、または中断なく動作すること
- 計算結果が誤りを含まないこと、または特定の専門的目的に適合すること
- アプリがお客様の特定の要件を満たすこと
外部の商品データベースから取得する商品情報は「現状のまま」提供されます。当事務所は、当該第三者データの正確性、完全性、または最新性を保証しません。
重要：当事務所のアプリは、あくまで参考・補助ツールとして提供されています。専門的、法的、または安全上重要な場面での使用前には、必ず有資格の専門家による独自の検証を行ってください。
責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、K-VIA技術士事務所は、サービスの使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害に対して責任を負いません。
これには、計算結果への依存、データの損失、またはアプリのエラーに起因する損害が含まれますが、これに限りません。
本規約の変更
当事務所は、本規約をいつでも変更する権利を留保します。変更があった場合は、ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。変更後もサービスをご利用いただいた場合、改訂された規約に同意したものとみなします。
準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関して生じた紛争は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
